SHIPPING
1. SHIPMENTS TO METROPOLITAN LIMA
- Same day shipping: If you want shipping for the same day, it can be scheduled with prior coordination from us :) Price: S/ 15.00
- Motorized: Shipments are made the next business day of your purchase with our motorized. You will be provided with a link on the same day of shipment where you can check the delivery time range and track it. Price: S/ 10.00
- Olva Courier: shipment to the Olva agency is made within the next 24 business hours after making the purchase. We will send you the proof and the tracking number so you can track your order. Delivery time will be between 2-5 business days depending on the final destination. Price: S/ 12.00
CHANGE POLICIES
Make sure you try on the garment using appropriate underwear and if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange for a different size or model, we can make the exchange.
- Clothes must be unwashed, without perfumes, creams, sunscreens or tanners.
- There should not be any type of indication of having been used with any skin product.
- It must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and with the original packaging.
- The delivery as much as to return the garment and shipping the new garment must be paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are accepted within three (3) days from the delivery date.
- Changes will be made according to available stock.
1. EXCHANGE POLICIES FOR PRODUCTS ON SALE / DISCOUNT
- Purchases made during discount periods or under the SALE category cannot be exchanged or returned.
- The Packs are not considered as SALE, therefore they would apply for a product change.
2. RETURN POLICIES
- We will gladly accept the return of items through a return to your bank account or GIFT CARD so that you can make a future purchase or gift it to someone else so that it can be redeemed whenever you want.
- The GIFT CARD will be issued for the full value of the purchase and will not expire.
- Products under the SALE category cannot be returned.
